This minutes package is a fixed price package of 250 minutes of calls, designed for high usage customers who expect to use all the minutes in the month, or just need the convenience of a fixed recurring charge.
The package can be cancelled at any time during the month. If you cancel it you keep the unused minutes until the end of the period and you will not be re-billed.
Minutes are deducted from the package in increments of 1 minute and unused minutes are not rolled over into the next month. It is re-billed every 30 days on your invoice date.
Mobile networks included in the package are Vodafone, Virgin, O2, EE, Three, plus their resellers such as Tesco and ASDA. It excludes specialist networks such as Manx and Jersey.
