A little bit of history...

I started helping people with their digital content in January 2011, while I was still working in radio broadcasting. The original idea was actually very simple. I needed somewhere to host my podcasts, and from that grew a service that also hosted podcasts for DJs, eventually supporting broadcasters from around the world. It was never really planned to become what it did!

Over time, friends and family started asking if I could host their websites, then friends of friends, then small businesses, and then it just kept growing. Before I knew it, what started as a small project had grown into supporting hundreds of websites, from individual traders and small businesses across the UK to radio stations and community organisations.

I've genuinely loved being able to provide this service. Whether it was helping someone get their first website online, fixing the occasional "why has my email stopped working?" mystery, or supporting businesses and broadcasters with their online presence, it has always been rewarding knowing that something I built was helping others.

However, against a backdrop of ever-increasing costs from a number of different areas, and as I look to free up more of my spare time, I have made the difficult decision that now is the right time to bring services to a close on 31st August 2026.

The end is definitely bittersweet. What started as a small project alongside my radio work has grown into something I could never have imagined back in 2011, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me with their websites, domains and services over the years.

Thank you for being part of that journey. Your support, patience and loyalty have meant a great deal.

If you need hosting of any kind, I recommend my friend Jaden's company FyfeWeb.
